Allie Allen, NPMA’s vice president of membership and certification, shared how the Women’s Forum continues to grow each year, helping women and men in all sectors of the pest control industry advance in their career paths.

The 2024 National Pest Management Association Women’s Forum, held in Atlanta, Ga., reminded women and men in the pest control industry of the importance of developing leadership and networking opportunities in the industry.
