Emily Thomas Kendrick is CEO of Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators, a family-owned company her grandparents, James (Starkey) Sr., and Imogene (Jean) Thomas, founded in 1964. Kendrick is bringing her leadership experience to the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), serving as the association’s newest president (2025-26).
