The Georgia Pest Control Association (GPCA) Vice President and Red Coat Pest Solutions, Atlanta, Ga., CEO Ashley Marratt spoke at this year’s NPMA Women’s Forum on the pest control industry’s representation in Georgia.
In Georgia, there are more than 1,200 pest control companies, and fewer than six are owned by women, Marratt said. All Red Coat employees are either veterans or women.
In the following video interview, Marratt discussed Red Coat Pest Solutions K9 bed bug work in the Atlanta area, and how she's made an effort to hire outside of the box to create an inclusive work environment.
