NASHVILLE, Tenn. — All-American Pest Control announced the recipients of its annual awards, recognizing exceptional dedication and contributions to the company's mission of excellence in pest control and customer service.
The awards, presented at the company's recent tri-annual meeting at Dave & Buster's in Nashville, Tenn., honor individuals who exemplify All-American Pest Control's core values of reliability, remarkable service, teamwork, respect, thoughtful innovation and servant leadership. The winners were selected by their peers, highlighting their outstanding commitment and impact within the organization.

Leadership Team Member of the Year: Caitlin Johnson, Director of Customer Care
Customer Care Rookie of the Year: Rhonda Shavers, Customer Care Team Member
Service Team Rookie of the Year: Nathanial Baker, Service Technician

Rookie of the Year recognizes team members who joined within the last 6-18 months and have shown exemplary dedication to customer service and teamwork. Rocket Fuel Award honors individuals whose contributions have significantly propelled the company forward through their embodiment of core values.
Professional of the Year award is a longstanding tradition, celebrating experienced team members who consistently go above and beyond for customers and colleagues. Leadership Team Member of the Year acknowledges a leader who exemplifies extraordinary dedication to employees and customers.
Outstanding CCT and Service Team Members award recognizes individuals who embody core values both professionally and personally.
In addition to honoring award winners, All-American Pest Control took the opportunity to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day at the meeting. The theme, "Celebrating Our A-MAZE-ing Team," brought a fun and engaging atmosphere to the event. Team members enjoyed maze-themed trivia games and received special maze gift boxes with a surprise inside, adding an extra touch of appreciation and excitement to the celebration.
