IRMO, S.C. — Anticimex announced its continued expansion into the Carolinas with the acquisition of Clark’s Termite and Pest Control.
Headquartered in Irmo, S.C. with branches throughout the Carolinas, Clark’s was founded in 1967 by Frank Clark. In 2008, David Clark purchased the business from his father and has since significantly expanded its operations throughout South Carolina and North Carolina. Today, Clark’s is experiencing double-digit organic growth.
Brian Alexson, regional president of Anticimex North America, said, “Partnering with the team at Clark’s positions Anticimex for continued expansion throughout the Carolinas. Clark’s has a rich and proud history as a leading provider of high-quality pest control services and an impressive track-record of growth. The values that drive Clark’s commitment to their customers and employees are very much aligned with Anticimex’s core values of trust, passion and innovation, which further solidified the mutual decision for the partnership. Together, we will continue to grow Clark’s and accelerate our growth in the Carolinas.”
David Clark, president and CEO of Clark’s, said, "With the alignment of core values and Anticimex’s available resources, our team members will have unique opportunities to develop professionally and personally while continuing to drive what we have built.
