WOODSTOCK, Ga. — Anticimex announces the acquisition of Pestban, Woodstock, Ga. Pestban has operations throughout Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina and is on pace to generate annual revenues of $21 million with 20% organic growth in 2021, Anticimex reports. With the acquisition, Anticimex further strengthens its market position across the southeastern U.S.
