Tucson, Ariz. — Arizona Pest Control has launched new and improved Web site, www.azpest.com.
The company provides pest control services for a wide variety of desert pests including snakes, scorpions, spiders, termites, bees, birds and more and services both residential and commercial clients throughout southern Arizona. The firm opened in 1947 and has been locally owned and operated by Bruce Tennenbaum since 1980.
The new site includes an industry blog, which has cool bug pictures, tips on pest control, and other pest control resources. The firm also posts customer account winners to the blog every Sunday to offer free pest control services to people that read their blog (www.azpest.com/blog).
Also new to the site is an interactive cockroach. A cockroach will frequently appear on the web pages, and if a view clicks on it (and squashes it), he or she will receive a free “Squashed it T-shirt” in the mail.
Arizona Pest Control is also branching into social media networks and has created accounts on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Delicious, Youtube and Stumble Upon. Check the company out on Twitter at www.twitter.com/AzPest and on Facebook at AZ Pest on Facebook.
