Arrow Exterminators Hosts Annual Fiscal Year Kickoff Summit

ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators recently held its annual 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Kickoff Summit at The Loews Hotel in Atlanta, Ga., and concluded with the Arrow Achievement Awards at the Coca-Cola Roxy Theatre.

With more than 500 team members and partners in attendance, the two-day event celebrated achievements from the prior fiscal year, as well as Arrow’s 60th anniversary. The summit also introduced the new internal fiscal year theme, “Talk to Me; Because it’s a People Business.”

Day one of the summit also featured guest speaker Kim Bearden, author of "Talk To Me," and co-founder of the Ron Clark Academy located in Atlanta, Ga.

During the second day of the summit, Kim Bearden led a workshop for Arrow’s corporate leadership team as well as its service center management team focused on healthy communication and learning how to choose words that inspire, encourage, and move people to action. "Kim is such a dynamic and energetic speaker who really connected with our team," said Tim Pollard, president and chief operating officer. "We were so fortunate she joined us for this event and delivered such a timely message."
