ATLANTA — Arrow Exterminators recently held the company’s annual Pinnacle Club weekend in Charleston, S.C., to recognize the company’s top producing service professionals and inside sales specialists. This achievement is earned by reaching goals set for sales and outstanding service efforts. The Pinnacle Club also recognizes members of Arrow’s management team who achieved their safety goals for their service centers for the past fiscal year.
A record-breaking 219 award recipients and their guests were invited to enjoy a weekend at the Charleston Place, a Belmond Hotel, and attend the Pinnacle Club Awards Banquet. Out of the 219 recipients, 124 of the Pinnacle Club honorees also achieved elite Chairman’s Club status, an exclusive segment of the Pinnacle Club made up of members who achieve higher sales goals than their colleagues.
“Pinnacle Club is a wonderful opportunity to honor and reward our team members for their commitment and dedication,” said Joe Thomas, chairman of the board. “We are excited for the opportunity to give them a well-deserved thank you and celebrate their accomplishments each year.”
During the Pinnacle awards reception, hosted at the Riviera Theater, the Pillar of Excellence Award was presented to three individuals in its inaugural debut. This award is given to those who display exceptional levels of outstanding performance in their position, whether it be an inside sales specialist or service professional. The recipients of this award included Senior Inside Sales Specialist Megan McKeon, Service Manager Bryson Bagshaw and Service Manager Randy Blankenberg.
“We had yet another phenomenal record-setting year, and I could not be prouder of the hard-working folks who qualified for Chairman’s Club and Pinnacle Club,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, Arrow CEO. “This year, we wanted to take things a step farther in recognizing those who have pushed the barrier in exceeding their sales and service goals and who display true leadership in their offices. We are sincerely proud of Megan, Bryson, Randy and all of our team members and are looking forward to another great year.”
