ATLANTA – Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the acquisition of River City Termite & Pest Control. This deal will allow Arrow to serve the Baton Rouge, La., market and will serve both residential and commercial customers throughout southern Louisiana.
“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome the customers and team members of River City Termite & Pest Control to the Arrow family,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, Chief Executive Officer of Arrow Exterminators. “For almost 20 years, owner Jeremy Seaton and his team have been serving Baton Rouge and the surrounding communities with great care and compassion and we are honored to continue that commitment into the future. We are proud to have such a wonderful foundation for our office which will serve the Baton Rouge parishes as well as St. Tammany and Tangipahoa parishes on the North Shore of Lake Pontchartrain.”
River City Termite & Pest Control will complement Arrow’s offices in Lake Charles, La., and Picayune, Miss., and will ultimately operate under the Stark Exterminators brand.
“I have been impressed with the entire Arrow team since we first started talking with other companies in the industry," said Jeremy Seaton. "I can tell Arrow has a special family culture which was very important to me as I analyzed my options. You could feel the family culture and the passion and excitement that the Arrow team showed. I’m truly excited that my employees will have many growth opportunities and Arrow will be able to offer an expanded range of services to offer our customers.”
