Arrow Recognizes Sales Professionals at Annual Pinnacle Trip

ATLANTA – Arrow Exterminators recently held the company’s annual Pinnacle Club award trip in Orlando, Fla. to recognize the company’s top producing service professionals and inside sales specialists.

This trip is earned by reaching goals set for sales and outstanding service efforts. The Pinnacle Club also recognizes members of Arrow’s management team who achieved their safety goals for their service centers for the past fiscal year.

More than 280 award recipients and their guests were invited to enjoy a weekend at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, and to attend the Pinnacle Club Awards Banquet.

One hundred and forty-seven of the Pinnacle Club honorees also went Beyond the Call to achieve elite chairman’s club status, an exclusive segment of the Pinnacle Club who achieve higher sales goals than their colleagues.

“Pinnacle Club is a wonderful opportunity to honor and reward our team members for their commitment and dedication,” said Joe Thomas, chairman of the board. “We are excited for the opportunity to give them a well-deserved thank you and celebrate their accomplishments each year.”

During the Pinnacle awards reception, the annual Pillar of Excellence Award was presented to three individuals.

This award is given to those who display exceptional and high levels of outstanding performance in their position, whether it be an Inside Sales Specialist or Service Professional.

The recipients of this award included senior inside sales specialist Sue Tinker, service manager JJ Cournoyer and service professional Kenny Sunderman.
