Aspire Software and FieldRoutes Host Ignite 2024 User Conference

ORLANDO – Aspire Software and FieldRoutes held its annual user conference, Ignite 2024, Aug. 26-28, in Orlando. The three-day event brought together hundreds of professionals from the lawn and landscape, pest control and commercial cleaning sectors, to explore the latest software innovations and best practices driving growth and efficiency across these industries.

Ignite 2024 featured more than 90 breakout sessions and interactive workshops led by industry experts, providing attendees with valuable insights and hands-on learning opportunities. The conference also included a partner showcase, where industry leaders present their latest innovations and solutions, and a series of engaging networking events designed to foster connections and collaboration among attendees.

Attendees also heard from keynote speaker, Kat Cole, CEO of Athletic Greens (AG1), the fastest-growing wellness brand in the world. Cole shared the most significant lessons about leadership and innovation that she’s learned throughout her career.

She explored how to identify meaningful patterns, explained the essential qualities she looks for in new hires, and addressed how to balance short-term trade-offs with long-term returns when introducing change.
