Their contributions to Envu, the entire industry and us as people are immeasurable.”
Joe Barile, senior technical market development manager, Envu Professional Pest Management, has been all over the world changing the pest management industry for more than 40 years. His contributions extend from protecting the food supply chain to consulting with the U.S. Department of Defense to helping pest control operators of all sizes.
“My advice to the next generation of pest management professionals is to always have empathy,” Barile said. “This is such an amazing profession because no day is routine. Cherish all the friendships you make along the way and embrace the different journeys you will take.”
Next, Joe will be enjoying the outdoors and going on fishing trips around the country. He will also stay involved in the industry.

A recipient of two PRSA Silver Anvil Awards, and other industry recognitions, the campaigns and programs have delivered results for the business.
“My favorite thing in my entire career has been the people I met along the way,” said Morrow. “The healthcare professionals, farmers, researchers, and marketing professionals have all been so amazing. I plan to keep an involvement in the industry and I’m looking forward to staying in touch with the friends I’ve made over the years.”

He has led training sessions and helped numerous professionals learn the industry.
