He will expand his role and continue in the growth of new vertical markets. He will also broaden his scope to help PMP companies grow in bird control sales strategy to accommodate a growing industry.
Riddell said, “Michael Gallion has become a pivotal asset to Bird Barrier and has had a tremendous impact in the growth of our company and establishing Optical Gel as a leading bird deterrent in pest management. With this new position, I can’t wait to see what he does next.”
Riddell also announced Ray Olschewski, currently eastern technical specialist, will now be technical service manager for Bird Barrier and oversee a larger territory of the U.S. Olschewski will also take on a larger role as specialized hands-on technical trainer for in-person classes across all four regions of the country.
