
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Black Ownership Matters (BOM) announced the addition of two new board members. Connie Rogers and Timson Green have been added to the executive board in advisory roles.
With 30+ years of pest management experience, specifically serving as executive director for the Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama Pest Control Associations at various points, Rogers brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to BOM. In her new role as adviser, Rogers will play a pivotal role in helping BOM achieve its goal of creating equity in the pest management industry.
Green brings nearly 15 years of industry experience as a licensed technician to his advisory role. Green's leadership style, customer interaction techniques and employee development skills will assist with outreach and recruitment for BOM. Green currently serves as secretary for The Connecticut Pest Control Association, and is a passionate contributor to NPMA's Diversity Council and the NPMA Workforce Development Committee.
