Bloomberg analyzed census data recorded by the American
Housing Survey to compile a list of most vermin-infested U.S. cities.
Bloomberg ranked New Orleans as the most cockroach-infested city with 41 percent of the city’s households reporting roaches in 2015. Philadelphians had the most rats and mice, with 18 percent of households reporting rodents.
