ATLANTA, GA – Bug Busters announced the promotion of three employees to service manager positions. The three — Jarrett Swinger, Ashley Blankenship, and Johnathan Harding — will serve in roles in service manager roles for Bug Busters’ Woodstock and Hapeville, Ga.-based branches.
Swinger was promoted from pest management professional to residential service manager for the Woodstock branch location. In this role, Swinger will provide initial and ongoing training to Woodstock pest management professionals and monitor residential service quality via routine inspections and direct contact with customers. To the position, Swinger brings four years of pest control industry experience as well as prior experience as a route service trainer.
Blankenship was promoted from pest management professional supervising manager for the Hapeville branch location. In this role, Blankenship will serve as an extension of the branch manager and act as the “point person” for any service-related issues. Blankenship brings 10 years of pest control industry experience, which she gained by working at both Bug Busters and Scott’s Exterminating, a company which Bug Busters acquired in January 2020.
Harding was promoted from universal pest technician to commercial service manager for the Woodstock branch location. In this role, Harding will manage and maintain relationships with Bug Busters’ large commercial customers. Harding brings four years of pest control industry experience, an HP2 certification, as well as a Quality Pro Schools certification.
