JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Bug Out Service, which has services in termite control, pest
control and lawn care services, has merged with All Safe Termite & Pest Control. The
deal helps expand Bug Out’s presence in the Ocala area, and adds $500,000 in annual
revenues.
“Bug Out is proud to merge with All Safe Termite & Pest Control, and grow our customer
base in central Florida,” said Curtis Rand, regional vice president of Jacksonville-based
Bug Out Service. “We are excited to work with their existing team, and we look forward
to delivering the same high level of service their customers have come to expect.”
All Safe service professionals will stay with the company as it transitions to Bug Out
Service.

pleased with this transition.”
Bug Out’s Ocala office is lead by Branch Operations Manager Robert Holyfield. Holyfield
will continue in this role following the merger with All Safe Termite & Pest.
