BOTHELL, Wash. — Cascade Pest Control, Bothell, Wash., announced it has acquired the pest control division of Clean Crawls, a crawlspace and attic restoration company in the greater Seattle-Puget Sound region. Clean Crawls made the decision to sell its pest control division in order to focus on it its core core business of insulation restoration.
Clean Crawls’ routes and coverage areas include parts of the Olympic peninsula and islands of the Puget Sound. Cascade and Clean Crawls are working hand-in-hand for a smooth transition for all clients as continuing their service is necessary to maintain warranties on their attic and/or crawlspace remediation. Clients are motivated to maintain their service as the root cause of insulation damage is rodent infestation.
Western Washington is particularly rife with rodent populations due to the mild climate, abundant moisture, and consequent food sources.
