LODI, Calif. – Clark Pest Control, a member of the Rollins family of brands, announced the acquisition of Paramount Pest Services, a commercial and residential pest management provider in Fresno, Calif.
Paramount President Jan Halliburton, who led the company for the past 42 years, recently retired. Before stepping down, Halliburton and the company’s board had decided that the best course forward would be to find a first-rate organization that could continue Paramount’s top-quality services.
“Clark has a unique ability to be a large, well-run company and yet feel like a local business,” Halliburton says. “And, like the service that our customers have come to expect from Paramount, their satisfaction with Clark will be 100 percent guaranteed.”
Paramount was founded more than 90 years ago in Fresno, Calif., and the company expanded to service customer accounts across a large swath of central California, including Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced and Tulare Counties, with 15 employees.
Following the acquisition, Paramount’s commercial and residential customers will be serviced by Clark Pest Control branches in Bakersfield, Fresno, Merced, Santa Clarita and Visalia.
Clark Pest Control was founded in 1950 by Charlie Clark. The company, headquartered in Lodi, Calif., currently has 29 service centers across California and northwest Nevada, with a broad portfolio of commercial and residential pest management services.
