VERO BEACH, Florida — Clements Pest Control has acquired Sunrise Pest, an established pest control company based in Fort Pierce, Fla. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This is Clements’ fourth acquisition within the past 48 months.
Founded by Roger Owens, Sunrise Pest has a long-standing reputation of pest control services throughout the Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie community.
“We have been looking for ways to expand our operations throughout St. Lucie County, and this acquisition helps to achieve that goal," said Christopher Slade, chief operating officer of Clements. "This opportunity gives us access to more than 1,000 new customers and we are confident that we can deliver improved service quality and overall customer satisfaction to Sunrise’s existing clientele. This is a necessary stepping stone for Clements as we grow and we’re excited to get to work.”
