STUART, Fla. — Clements Pest Control has acquired Insect Analysis, a pest control company based in Stuart, Fla. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This is Clements’ third acquisition within the past 24 months.
Founded in 1996 by Bobby Ray Farmer Jr., Insect Analysis. has a reputation for high- quality service and pest control expertise throughout the Treasure Coast.
“We are excited to work with Mr. Farmer during this transition. He has built a quality business with a great reputation, and we look forward to building on that foundation. We have an existing branch in the Stuart area that’s growing rapidly, and this strategic purchase helps expand our reach to hundreds of new clients," said Christopher Slade, chief operating officer, Clements.
