BROOKLYN, N.Y. – Colony Pest Management, Brooklyn, N.Y., is once again participating in No Shave November, aka NOSHEMBER, to raise money for cancer research.
The company will donate a minimum of $100 per participating Colony Team member for not shaving during the month of November.
“The goal of NOSHEMBER is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free,” said Colony President Joseph Sheehan. “Some donate the money they typically spend on shaving and grooming to educate the masses about cancer prevention, save lives, and aid those fighting the battle.”
NOSHEMBER is the company’s latest cancer awareness initiative. Last month, the company completed another Breast Cancer Awareness month, wearing the black and pink Colony snap backs to help raise awareness.
