DENVER - The Colorado Pest Control Association (CPCA) has selected Lamplight Professional Services as its new association management company, effective April 2025. The firm's owner, Christina Gilmer, will serve as CPCA's Executive Director.
Gilmer brings extensive industry expertise, including three years as executive director of the Arizona Pest Professional Organization (AZPPO). Under her leadership, AZPPO strengthened its professional development programs and industry advocacy initiatives, the association said.
"Christina's proven track record in association management and deep understanding of pest control industry challenges make her the ideal choice to lead CPCA's next chapter," said Roger Lauer, President of CPCA.
Gilmer holds a degree in business administration from Arizona State University, with specializations in project management and human resources. Her firm, Lamplight Professional Services, focuses on strategic association management and professional development programs.
