CPCO of Georgia Recognizes Founders at Fall Conference

The association recognized the following individuals who were instrumental in starting the association: Neil Parker of Bug Busters, Bill Collins of Bizzy Bee, Jeff Annis of Advanced Services for Pest Control and Fran Webber (wife of founder Wayne Webber) were all recognized and awarded a certificate of honor.

STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. - CPCO of Georgia celebrated 25 years of the association’s presence in the industry at its annual Fall Conference, Oct. 3-4, at the Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort in Stone Mountain, Ga.

Five individuals who were instrumental in starting the association: Neil Parker of Bug Busters, Bill Collins of Bizzy Bee, Jeff Annis of Advanced Services for Pest Control and Fran Webber (wife of founder Wayne Webber) were all recognized and awarded a certificate of honor.

Also recognized were nine companies that have had 25 years of continued membership with CPCO of Georgia: Bug House, Clark Pest Remedy, Duncan Exterminating, GTA Services, Lanier Exterminating Service, Prestige Pest Control, RITE Force Pest Control, Trinity Pest Control and Wheelus Termite Co.

S. Alan Harlan of Team Pest USA received the Wayne Webber Award of Excellence this year.  This award is given to a member who contributes to the industry and serves the Association with integrity.  Alan is currently the Secretary/Treasurer on the Board of Directors and serves on both the Education and Legislative Committees.

The conference included CEU hours approved for 10 states, a Manager’s Advancement Program, a Vendor/Manager Lakeside Reception, and a Conference Celebration Dinner.  Appreciation to all who participated and sponsored this year, making it a success.
