Douglas Products Announces Leadership Changes

Douglas Products announced that Aric Schroeder has joined the company as chief revenue officer. The company also announced Heather Kern will transition into a new role as vice president of global marketing and Janet Rowley will assume the role of international vice president and continue to lead Douglas Product’s international business development managers.

LIBERTY, Mo.  Douglas Products announced that Aric Schroeder has joined the company as chief revenue officer. Schroeder will be accountable for all global revenue and sales teams. Schroeder has spent more than15 years working in the pest management industry, holding multiple executive sales leadership roles at Copesan Services and Terminix. Schroeder , who is based in Milwaukee, Wis., will report to CEO Andrew Klein. 

Additional related leadership changes are as follows:

Heather Kern, current North American commercial manager, will transition into a new role as vice president of global marketing. Kern will also manage key accounts and government affairs. Kern will remain based in Indianapolis and continue reporting to Klein.

Janet Rowley, current international business leader, will assume the role of International Vice President and continue to lead Douglas Product’s International Business Development Managers. Janet will remain based in Tucson and report to Schroeder.
