Envu Adds Four Professionals to Pest Management Team

Envu announced the addition of four leaders to its Professional Pest Management team in North America: Dannis Warf, Ryan Hlapcich, Matthew Spears and Michael Swenson.

CARY, N.C. – Envu announced the addition of four leaders to its Professional Pest Management team in North America: Dannis Warf, Ryan Hlapcich, Matthew Spears and Michael Swenson.

Warf joined Envu as area sales manager for the Midwest. Prior to joining Envu, Warf worked at several pest management companies since 1990 including Terminix, Ecolab and Royal Fumigation. Most recently, he worked as a regional sales manager in the Midwest for Central Life Sciences in the grain protectant and greenhouse/nursery markets.

Warf brings to Envu a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Greenville University, an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification, a pest technician license in Illinois and more than three decades of experience in the pest control industry. 

Hlapcich joined Envu as area sales manager for California. Hlapcich has worked in the pest control industry for more than 16 years, including 12 years as a pest management professional. Most recently, he worked as a Southern California outside sales representative for Geotech Supply. Hlapcich earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing from California State University, Long Beach.

Swenson joined Envu as key account manager for the Northeastern U.S. region. A solution sales and business developer with more than 10 years of experience, Swenson previously worked at BASF, where he served as the North American key account manager in the printing and packaging industry.

Prior to this role, Swenson worked in several businesses at 3M Company throughout the United States, with roles in account management. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Creighton University.

Spears joined Envu as key account manager for the Western U.S. region. A strategic marketing manager and business development specialist with more than a decade of experience, Spears joined Envu from UPL, where he served as a strategic marketing manager over specialty crops for fungicides and biostimulants in North America.

Previously, he worked in the professional and specialty solutions business for BASF, with multiple roles in pest sales across the U.S. Spears has also worked in business development at BASF, handling strategic customers in the B2B and H&G markets and biological controls for niche crop markets in North America. He earned a master's degree from Syracuse University.
