Envu announced two additions to its pest management product line.
Suspend Contact & Residual Aerosol is an aerosol formulation designed for indoor and outdoor use. It combines deltamethrin with the fast-acting properties of pyrethrin, and is currently the only aerosol in the industry with this combination.
Barricor Essential Mosquito Control is a FIFRA 25(b) essential oil-based insecticide developed for PMPs seeking options that align with eco-conscious practices. It offers a 24-hour* mortality rate for Aedes mosquitoes and is designed to be non-toxic to pollinators such as bees and butterflies when used as directed, Envu reports.
“As the only fully dedicated environmental sciences company focused on pest management solutions, innovating to solve our customers’ challenges is the core of what we are focused on at Envu,” said Bernard Jacqmin, head of global innovation. “Through partnerships and acquisitions, Envu entomologists and R&D teams are hyper-focused on solutions that respond to the shifts in nature, enabling our customers to take full control of any pest situation.”
Suspend Contact & Residual Aerosol offers residual control for up to 18 months** against German cockroaches and Argentine ants. Its dual-action formulation targets pests in hard-to-reach areas, such as ants, ticks, spiders, and cockroaches. This product is part of a broader line of pest management tools, including Suspend PolyZone and Suspend SC. When used together, these products can support a variety of pest control strategies, from ongoing maintenance to acute infestations.
“Suspend Contact & Residual Aerosol combines two active components and expands the range of the Suspend product line,” said Gokhan Vergon, head of pest management and public health at Envu. “It is designed for fast knockdown and extended residual control. At the same time, there is increasing interest in alternatives to synthetic control methods, and we are working to meet those needs as well.”

The product is intended to minimize active ingredient load and is stable without frequent remixing. It is noncorrosive and does not require signal words or personal protective equipment (PPE) under typical use conditions.***
It can be used in settings such as residential properties, public parks, and food-adjacent outdoor spaces, offering a mosquito management option that aligns with environmental and safety considerations.
