UMATILLA, Fla. — Bug Out Service, a subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service (EPS), has acquired Lake county, Fla-based Bug Man Pest Control. The acquisition adds density to Bug Out’s presence in central Florida, adding approx. $1m in revenue and more than 2,500 pest, termite and lawn service customers. This marks EPS’s 97th acquisition since 2010 and the 4th in 2020.
For more than 30 years, Bug Man has been offering residential and commercial pest control services to the residents of central Florida. In addition, 11 employees, including service technicians and administrative staff have joined the Bug Out team.

Dad and I worked diligently to find the perfect fit for our customers and our team.
