MADISON, Wis. - The Entomological Society of America (ESA) and Green Shield Certified (GSC) will hold a webinar on April 27, 2022 titled "Integrated Pest Management Training & Certification Opportunities."
This webinar will discuss how training your staff in integrated pest management (IPM) can improve the effectiveness of your sustainable pest control programs.
“Credentialing is a great tool for professional development and investing in employees. This webinar will be a great opportunity to learn more about ESA’s credentialing programs, their benefits and how they fit into your company’s training and skill development programs,” said ESA’s Willet Hossfeld, who will share information about ESA’s new Certified IPM Technician program.
People interested in IPM training and certification opportunities can register for the webinar at https://bit.ly/GSCapr27.
The ESA is the largest non-profit organization in the world serving the professional and scientific needs of entomologists and individuals in related disciplines.
GSC is an independent, non-profit certification program that promotes practitioners of effective, prevention-based pest control while minimizing the need to use pesticides.
