PHILADELPHIA – Last month at NPMA’s 2023 PestWorld trade show and conference in Hawaii, FMC presented a $20,000 check to PestVets through the newly created FMC Give Back Program. Earlier this year, at Legislative Day, FMC launched the PestVets Give Back Program, a new initiative aimed at raising funds for PestVets.
Through the efforts of PMPs enrolled in the FMC True Champions loyalty program, FMC was able to present PestVets executives with the check. As part of the FMC True Champions end user loyalty program, a percentage of the purchases of select FMC products determine the amount of the donation.
“FMC is thrilled to help contribute to PestVets. PestVets is a critical part of FMC’s commitment to the pest industry. This new Give Back Program gave PMPs the chance to support PestVets and help further their mission of helping returning veterans re-acclimate to civilian life through employment in the pest control industry," said Kyle Richards, Pest & Nursery/Greenhouse market manager for FMC Global Specialty Solutions. "We expect to make this an annual initiative with the donation being presented each year at PestWorld”
FMC has been providing financial support and resources since 2015. PestVets provides assistance and awareness to veterans return to the workforce, assisting them transition into successful careers in the pest management industry.
