CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Forshaw announced the appointment of Lindsay Carr to director of marketing, Avery Marczynski to marketing & event strategist and Madelyn Harding to digital marketing coordinator. This strategic expansion underscores Forshaw's commitment to driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving business objectives through innovative marketing strategies, the company said.
Carr has been with Forshaw for the past two years. Under her leadership, the company has seen exceptional year-over-year growth in the sales-marketing realm, streamlining and improving marketing goals. Carr will lead all marketing activities and initiatives, collaborating with leadership and internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Forshaw’s mission, vision and values.
Marczynski brings experience from her previous role as marketing, communications and project management specialist at Flagler Health+/UF Health St. Johns. Her expertise in managing marketing campaigns, developing social media strategies and coordinating events will be instrumental in supporting FORSHAW's marketing initiatives, the company said.
Harding recently graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a bachelor's degree in communications. She previously worked as a social media marketing specialist, where she excelled in developing social media content strategies and driving brand awareness. Her skills in graphic design, content creation and social media management will be invaluable to the marketing team
