PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Fox Pest Control's Providence, R.I., branch received the company's "Most Improved Branch - Northeast Region" award due to its improved enhancements in various areas, such as increased efficiency, iconic customer experience and satisfaction, innovative product/service developments and notable progress in employee engagement and organizational culture.
The award holds significance by recognizing technicians efforts and advancements in pest management strategies, branch manager Christopher Catani said.
"Building and fostering relationships with our talented team of over 20 dual licensed technicians this past year, helped fortify a unique bond between leadership and team," Catani said. "When you focus on relationships first, and treating your team like the individual leaders that they are, the rest just falls into place."
The branch plans to focus on the team of technicians by offering them a chance to challenge themselves by focusing on pest control education.
Service Manager Ashley Morenzetti has designed a "How Foxy Are You?" educational program that is underway. The program is designed to encourage technicians to become category licensed in Health and Public Safety, Structural Pest Control, Mosquito, Termite and WDO, and eventually gain the knowledge to pass the ACE certification exam.
Service Manager Christopher Letendre will be focused in on improving the fleet safety program. Letendre was chosen to travel down to Texas recently to help build the prototype for a new and safer Fox vehicle.
