ATLANTA – The Georgia Pest Control Association (GPCA) announced that Chuck Carney, Regional Vice President, Cook’s Pest Control and Xavier Cugnon, Vice President of Human Resources, Arrow Exterminators were recently recognized by the GPCA. Carney and Cugnon were presented with “The Committee of the Year Award” at the 2021 GPCA Awards Luncheon in Atlanta, GA.
Carney and Cugnon currently serve as the co-chair the Georgia PestVets 3/16 Veteran Support Group that was established in 2020 under the National Pest Management Association’s PestVets umbrella. The Georgia PestVets’ goal is not only to help provide jobs for veterans in the pest control industry, but also to showcase the support and contribution to veterans from the pest control industry.
Faye Golden, Director of Governmental Affairs, Cook’s Pest Control was also honored and received the GPCA Woman of Excellence Award for 2021.

• Has made notable contributions to their businesses
• Contributed to other women in the industry
• Award by nomination
Faye has provided the above leadership attributes to GPCA and the pest management industry in Georgia.
The 2021 GPCA Woman of Excellence Award is presented to Faye Golden by 2020 award winner, Shay Runion.
