
NORCROSS, Ga. - In keeping with PestVets' commitment to supporting veterans in communities across the country, the Georgia Pest Control Association (GPCA) PestVet's unit is sponsoring a wounded vet and their family for the holidays.
The Razzano Family has been selected. They are headed by Captain Jonathan Razzano, a U.S. Army Veteran awarded the Bronze Star for services against the Taliban. Captain Razzano and his wife Heather have 10 children.
Captain (Chaplain) Razzano enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1995 as an artilleryman serving in the 3rd Infantry Division based at Fort Stewart, Ga. Razzano served in the Field Artillery, U.S. Army Reserve as an intelligence analyst, Georgia National Guard as an Army Chaplain, and as the Battalion Chaplain the 1st Battalion, 121st Infantry Regiment, 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (light). The 48th Brigade conducted direct combat against the Taliban and various terrorist and insurgent groups.
