TAMPA, Fla. - Greenhouse Termite and Pest Control announced the grand opening of its new headquarters in Tampa, Fla.

Established in 2019 with two employees and a visionary outlook, Greenhouse said they have created a presence within the pest control industry. Today, with a dedicated team of 28 individuals, the company said they take pride in serving more than 10,000 satisfied customers across six counties along Florida’s West Coast.

Brenton Cloud, co-owner, embodies this legacy as the fourth-generation in his family dedicated to providing pest control services since 1934 when his grandfather began his first company.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to announce the opening of our new headquarters in Tampa, Florida," Cloud said. "This expansion marks a significant milestone in our journey towards providing exceptional pest control services to customers and a great place for our employees to work every day. Our focus remains on constant growth, not just in numbers, but in the ability to positively impact more families, communities, and our employees.”

With each new location, Greenhouse’s primary goal is to extend its reach and provide unmatched service to even more households, creating long-lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction, the company said.

Among its features, the headquarters boasts a nice breakroom with a full kitchen, equipped with amenities including an air fryer oven and reverse osmosis water stations. Comfortable seating is scattered throughout the headquarters, with colorful couches and armchairs providing cozy spots for collaboration or solo work. As a detail of Greenhouse’s brand, the doors are painted green, adding a vibrant pop of color and creativity to the spaces. Additionally, outdoor seating areas offer bright and sunny spaces for employees to unwind amidst nature and eat their lunch.
