OREM, Utah - Greenix Pest Control announced its acquisition of Spidexx Pest Control in Milwaukee, Wis., and Proactive Pest Solutions in Chicago, Ill.
With the addition of Spidexx, Greenix now operates in 19 states, serving over 200,000 households across the Midwest, East Coast and its home state of Utah, where the company is headquartered.
The owners of Spidexx, Coleman Spaulding, Taylor Spaulding and Ryan Coleman, stated, "We're excited to announce the sale of our Spidexx Pest Control Milwaukee office to Greenix Pest Control.
