At the Dec. 6 annual meeting of the Hawaii Pest Control Association, Rodney Ono of Hilo Termite and Pest Control was re-elected as president of the association.
Other officers elected were:
- Terrance Manago, Integrated Pest Management, first vice president
- Jon Montalbo, Aloha Termite and Pest Control, second vice president and Kauai director
- David Lau, Ecolab, third vice president
- Jason Sahara, Oahu Termite Company, secretary
- Shawn Murray, Aloha Termite and Pest Control, treasurer
The association’s directors are:

- James Eschle, JLE, Inc.
- Josh Joyce, Terminix
- Rigolette Baraquio, Able Pest Control
- Mohinder Mann, Diversified Exterminators
- Wayne Koide, Environ Control
- Kevin Davis, AAA Termite and Pest Control
- Carlton Agena, Terminix, Region Hawaii
- Vince Mozina, Bug Man Termite and Pest Control, Maui alternate director
- Gary Smith, Mokihana Pest Control, Kauai alternate director
- Dave Jones, Horizon Pest Control, Big Island alternate director
Alvin Fukuyama, State Termite and Pest Control, is immediate past president, and sits on the association’s board of directors. Kurt Nosal, Univar USA, and Roman Dycus, Dow AgroSciences, are associate representatives.
Tim Lyons, CAE, president of the Legislative Center, continues to serve as executive director.
