OGDEN, Utah – Hawx Smart Pest Control recently instituted an organizational redesign to better support the company’s mission. This initiative has allowed Hawx to update roles within the company to match the strengths of team members, better differentiate areas of responsibility and better leverage new technologies to enhance the employee and customer experience.
As part of this initiative, Hawx has also launched a new internal support department called Centralized Ops. This addition empowers the company to continue down the path of rapidly innovating at scale while allowing field operations teams to focus on people: specifically, developing pest management talent and delivering a world-class customer experience.
