COLUMBUS, Ga, — Knox Pest Control continues its commitment to employee development with its newly constructed technical training facility.

Blake Grimsley, Associate Certified Entomologist and senior vice president of operations, said, “The Jim Knox Training Center is geared to be the hub for all instructional classroom training for our company. We are directly geared to offer residential and commercial pest control instruction as well as termite training and lawn training in various markets. The classroom will hold up to 40 team members and has dedicated training rooms. We also have microscopes and various training equipment to show and teach insect biology using our insect collections. We can stream training to all locations throughout the company.”

Having a dedicated training facility, a team of Associate Certified Entomologists, and “Train the Trainer” certified instructors all under the direction of Compliance Director Terry Melton, ensures our continued commitment to our team members and our customers, Grimsley added.

“We are very happy and honored to be able to provide more opportunities to our team members and to better serve customers. We continue to evaluate every opportunity to enhance our presence and our knowledge as a significant service provider throughout the southeast. This facility is one of a kind and will teach methods for both preventative and curative treatments,” said Sean Knox, co-owner of Knox Pest Control.
