ORLANDO, Fla. — Massey Services announced the promotion of Johayra Crespo to director of facilities management and Marcella Silver to director of administrative training.
Crespo joined Massey Services in December 2010 as an accounts receivable specialist and quickly advanced within the company. In 2011, she was promoted to administrative assistant for the Fleet and Facilities Department, where she also supported risk management operations. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in the growth and transformation of Massey’s Facilities and Property Management division.
As a result of the company’s growth and expansion, the Facilities department now oversees more than 190 service centers and buildings. Crespo's leadership has been instrumental in managing electrical, plumbing, roofing, business licenses and code enforcement resolutions, among other key areas.
In her new role as director of facilities management, Crespo will be fully responsible for the daily operations of facilities management and will oversee the selection of new locations, relocations and renovation of new service centers.
“We are thrilled to recognize Johayra’s hard work and dedication with this well-earned promotion,” said Eric Hernandez, Vice President, Fleet & Assets. “Her outstanding leadership, strong organizational skills and attention to detail make me certain that she will excel in her new position.”
Silver joined Massey Services in 2009 as a customer service specialist (CSS) and was quickly promoted to office manager in 2010. Her commitment to excellence and leadership skills led to further promotions, including administrative trainer in 2016 and administrative training manager in 2022. Throughout her tenure, Silver has played a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing administrative training programs, leaving a lasting impact on team development and operational efficiency.
In addition to her training expertise, Silver has been instrumental in Massey’s CRM implementation project, demonstrating her ability to lead complex initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation.
Silver holds a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, equipping her with the analytical skills and strategic mindset needed to drive meaningful change. Her expertise in change management has led to innovative solutions, streamlined processes and improved team effectiveness, strengthening Massey’s administrative operations, the company said.
“We are thrilled to recognize Marcella’s dedication and leadership with this well-deserved promotion,” said Sean Clifford, director of learning and development. “Her ability to turn strategy into action has been instrumental in our success, and we look forward to the continued impact she will make in this new role.”
