JACKSONVILLE – McCall Service, Jacksonville, Fla., announced the acquisitions of New Port Richey-based Nelson’s Pest Control and St. Petersburg-based An Integrity Pest Control.
The acquisitions of Nelson’s Pest Control and An Integrity Pest Control are the result of McCall’s ongoing effort to expand and align itself with high quality, professional pest control companies, the company reports. Nelson’s was advised by Kemp Anderson Consulting and The Law Offices of Mark H. Ruff P.A..
Nelson’s Pest Control was acquired on Jan. 2, 2019. Nelson’s Pest Control, in business for over 25 years, increases McCall’s presence primarily in the northern part of the Greater Tampa market. An Integrity Pest Control was acquired by McCall in October of 2018 after being in operation for more than 15 years, with the customer based centered in the St. Petersburg area.
“McCall is delighted to welcome Nelson’s Pest Control and An Integrity Pest to our Tampa team and to our company,” said J. Bryan Cooksey III, Chairman and CEO of McCall Service. Cooksey added, “We are retaining all the employees of both companies, so we can continue to provide the same level of high-quality service their customers are accustomed to.”
David Nelson, of Nelson’s Pest Control, will assist during the transition period. Nelson’s and An Integrity will now be able to offer their customers expanded lines of service and enhanced online options such as payments, scheduling and real time service notifications, McCall Service reported.
“I could not be happier for Nelson’s, the employees and the customers” said David Nelson, former owner of Nelson’s Pest Control. “At Nelson’s Pest Control, our customers and employees were key to the success of the company, and this will not change under the new leadership.”
