Our businesses grow which creates capacity challenges. Consequently, we hire more technicians to meet capacity needs but find ourselves in a pickle when we need to hire or promote a new leader. Most businesses look from within the ranks of their technicians to fill this need. We promote from within and wish our new manager well and move on to the next fire of the day.
