Eric Fletcher, owner of EAE said, “I have been following [Moxie Owner] Austin Clark and Moxie Pest Control closely over the past 7 years. When Austin approached me about acquiring EAE I was excited about the opportunity to join forces with someone whom I felt so aligned with from a business perspective."
Clark said that in about 2014 Moxie began looking to liquidate some of its Phoenix West Valley routes to condense its customer base. "This is when I met Eric Fletcher for the first time. At the time he was looking to expand into the areas we were looking to exit. Although the liquidation never materialized, I was so impressed with his approach to business and people. I’ll never forget these initial exchanges. We casually kept in touch over the years and more recently I approached him about Moxie acquiring Eastern Arizona Exterminating. We struck a deal that both of us are very happy with."
Clark added that this acquisition not only gives Moxie the capacity to service industrial accounts, but it will also give the company a presence in Eastern Arizona. “The EAE brand has been well respected for 40+ years and we are so happy to have Eric and all of his employees join the team.”
