RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Pest Management Association (NCPMA) will host its Premier Technician Courses, March 9 – 10, at the North Carolina State University Training Facility in Raleigh. The NCPMA Premier Technician Program is designed for pest management professionals who are committed to the field and strive to be experts in the industry.
The Premier Technician program offers a continuous series of courses that will elevate understanding of pest infestations from discovery to treatment, NCPMA reports. The Premier Technician designation will be awarded to industry professionals who complete eight or more courses.
Topics include the following:
- March 9 -- Bed Bugs: Everything About Bed Bugs from A to Z (earn 7 CCU credits) Featuring Dini Miller, Ph.D. (Urban Pest Management Specialist, Virginia Tech)
- March 10 -- Occasional Invaders: What Are They & What To Do? (earn 7 CCU credits) Featuring Marie Horner, ACE (Arrow Exterminators)
