The New England Pest Management Association (NEPMA) announced the launch of its inaugural six-part virtual business series, designed to help pest control businesses stabilize and scale effectively. Each month from October 2024 through March 2025, NEPMA will host an informative session focusing on key areas essential to business growth.
This exclusive series, free for NEPMA members, is tailored to provide actionable insights from industry leaders and experts. Non-members are also welcome to participate at $75 per session or $300 for the entire series.
"We're on a mission to expand the already fantastic benefits of an NEPMA membership for our members," said Adam Carace, chair of NEPMA's Member Committee. "Our virtual series is a key part of that effort, offering valuable insights from top-notch speakers who will cover everything from middle management training to mergers and acquisitions. This series is designed to help pest control businesses stabilize and grow while staying competitive in a dynamic market."
The tentative schedule includes:
- October 10, 2024 | 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Help I Need a Manager: Middle Management Training with Kevin Lemasters
- November 12, 2024 | 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – How to Set Up a Sales Team/Sales Training Basics with Duane Cashin
- December 12, 2024 | 11:00 a.m. to noon – NEPMA/NPMA Benefits with Allie Allen and Courtney Carace
- January 16, 2025 | 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Hiring Veteran Talent with Liz Bicer
- February 19, 2025 | 11:00 a.m. to noon – Scaling Strategies and Key Metrics with Stuart Aust and Chris Aust
- March 18, 2025 | 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Communication Strategies in IPM (CSR Training) with Margaret Garcia
This series will provide pest management professionals with practical tools to enhance their operational capabilities, improve hiring strategies, optimize communication, and navigate business transitions.
