RINGGOLD, Ga. – Northwest Exterminating announced the acquisition of Enviroguard Pest Solutions, welcoming teammates and customers out of the local Ringgold, Ga., office. This strategic partnership will further serve their Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia customers together.

Led by Lee A. Tubbs, the Tubbs family’s involvement in the pest control industry spans three generations, with Lee working in pest control for 45 years, 27 of which leading Enviroguard.

When reflecting on the merger, Lee Tubbs said, “With Northwest, it feels like I’ve come full circle in my family’s long pest control history. We are confident that our customers and team members will thrive in this new chapter of growth and innovation.” Lee’s uncle was recruited by Otto Orkin.

Enviroguard and Northwest Exterminating have a long history of supporting one another. Northwest’s Vice President of Industry Relations Scott Eubanks, and Tubbs have served together in the Georgia Pest Control Association and developed a great working relationship over the last two decades.

“Lee’s dedication to our industry is unmatched. I’ve always enjoyed the opportunities we’ve had to work together,” shared Eubanks on his reflection of the acquisition. “I’m grateful for the trust he’s placed in our team to continue to care for the Enviroguard teammates and customers.”

This partnership further expands the Northwest Exterminating Southeast footprint with a company that also focuses on green property solutions.

“Enviroguard’s level of commitment to their service, team, and customers is something Northwest also strives for. We are excited to welcome such an incredible team into the Northwest Family,” said Jeff Dunn, Northwest co-president. “We look forward to the service experiences we’ll be able to create together.”
