Allie Allen, B.C.E. executive director of QualityPro and NPMA staff liaison for the Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) Council, sharing about Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) efforts.


A panel with three impact award winners was held on how they are serving their companies and communities featuring Dawn Marie Aguayo, Orkin Pest Control; Jennifer Fox, Rentokil Terminix; Jennifer Gray, Waynes Pest Control; moderating by Marillian Missiti.

Sarah Garcia, learning manager at Clark Pest Control, Lodi, Calif., asked a question on leadership during the Leadership Awareness and Agility session.

Melanie Matthews from Modern Exterminating, and Jill Brindle from EnviroGuard Pest Solutions shared how they create a culture of care in their workplace, moderated by Sheila Haddad.

NPMA awarded nearly 90 women in the industry — ranging from technical/service, sales, management, or office staff — with Impact Awards for Women in Pest Management.

Nominees were recognized during the awards ceremony.

Attendees sang happy birthday to Faye Golden of Cook's Pest Control. Golden, along with Shay Runion of Arrow Exterminators, were on a panel about how a company's culture will attract customers and employees alike, setting ones company up for sustainable growth.
