LOUISVILLE, Ky – OPC Pest Services, a subsidiary of Rollins Inc. based in Louisville, Ky., recently acquired Schopen Pest Solutions.
Schopen Pest Solutions, headquartered in McHenry, Ill., services northern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin, and has been in business for more than 30 years.
OPC services commercial and residential customers in the Louisville, Lexington, Frankfort, Bowling Green, southern Indiana, Cincinnati and Indianapolis regions.
Owner Pete Schopen is a founding member of the Greater Chicago Pest Management Alliance, a former board member of the Wisconsin Pest Control Association and a former regional vice president for the Illinois Pest Control Association.
This acquisition will add more technicians to respond to customer requests and pest issues, the company stated.
“We know the owner Pete is passionate about helping people and providing genuinely excellent pest management programs,” said Dennis Cone, division vice president of OPC Pest Services. “Their proactive product designs and improvements give them the ability to do their job more efficiently, eco-friendly, and beneficial to their customers, as well as the community.”
Schopen was exclusively represented by The Aust Group.
