ATLANTA – Orkin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rollins Inc., recently expanded its customer and employee base in Southern California by acquiring Partner’s Pest Control of the Valley. Partner’s is headquartered in Hemet, Calif. and services customers from Hemet to Temecula.
Dean and Suzie Guillen founded Partner’s in 1992.
“Partner’s provides residential and commercial pest control and residential termite control and repair work,” said Bob Hines, director of acquisitions for Orkin. “The Guillen’s have a well-run business, and we welcome all of the Partner’s well-tenured employees and customers.”
Current customers will transition to Orkin within the year and be serviced out of Orkin’s Temecula Service Center.
Guillen plans to leave the pest control industry to teach physics.
